Want to become a part of the Cornerstone family? Follow the steps below! It's as easy as A, B, C!
A. Tour
Contact us to set up a tour. Tours can be scheduled during normal operating hours. This will give you a chance to see first-hand the care and education your child will receive.
B. Register
If Cornerstone is the right fit for your family and you're ready to enroll, complete the registration form and submit it along with your registration fee. You can drop them off in person or mail them to:

C. Enroll
Once your registration is complete, you will receive notification of your child's start date. At that point, you can complete the enrollment forms. You can find these on our Printable Forms page or pick them up in person. All forms must be complete before your child can attend.
